The Couch Family Foundation is pleased to announce that our grant application and reporting process has moved online.
Please create a new online grant account using the instructions on the “Online Account Setup” page of this website.
If you have been invited through a previous communication from the Foundation, to submit an application for renewed funding, please contact the Foundation at email@example.com for further information regarding this process.
Grantees that are required to complete a grant report, as outlined in their grant award letter, are asked to complete a final report within 30 days after the grant period has been completed.
This information is required to help us document the activities and outcomes of your grant. If you currently have a grant with a report due, you will now be able to submit this report via the online portal.
Once you have created your organization’s online profile, as instructed here, Foundation staff will post a report form to your account and you will then receive an email notifying you that the report is ready to be completed.
