Program Partner, Early Care & Education Systems

The Program Partner, Early Care & Education Systems is a key full-time position that holds responsibility for the identification, design, management, and evaluation of grant opportunities within a portfolio within the Foundation.

This position will lead the Foundation’s efforts to bolster strong, coordinated local, regional, and state systems to equip early care & education (ECE) programs and providers across settings with the resources and tools required to promote children’s learning and development through high-quality programming and with a well-prepared and compensated ECE workforce. This Program Partner’s work will center on shaping and implementing a grantmaking strategy to achieve transformational systems change by building and scaling necessary support systems that are equitable and responsive to ECE program and provider needs, including efforts for increased professional ECE compensation.


Program Partner, Healthy & Vibrant Communities

The Program Partner, Healthy & Vibrant Communities is a critical full-time position that holds responsibility for the identification, design, management, and evaluation of grant opportunities within a portfolio within the Foundation.

This position will lead the Foundation’s efforts to focus on early childhood and enhance child and family well-being, as well as focus on greater community well-being to ensure the Trustee’s identified cherished communities (the Upper Valley of NH and VT, and Martha’s Vineyard) are vibrant and thriving. The work centers on shaping and implementing a grantmaking strategy that primarily strengthens organizational and programmatic capacity and services of local non-profits, engages a collaborative approach to community change, and is driven by community need.  Furthermore, the Foundation aims to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, particularly to promote racial equity and justice, to ensure welcoming and nurturing communities.
