Kim Cooper

Executive Assistant

Kim is the executive assistant to the Couch Family Foundation Executive Director, the Foundation’s Managing Director and their program partners. 

She brings nearly 20 years of organizational management, relationship building and problem-solving experience to the Foundation. Prior to joining the Couch Family Foundation, Kim served as executive assistant to the Hypertherm Inc. Board of Directors, Hypertherm’s CEO & President and the HOPE Foundation Board for six years.

She held administrative positions at Dartmouth College, including the Technology Transfer Office and Thayer School of Engineering. Kim currently volunteers on the Waypoint Upper Valley Advisory Board and on the WISE crisis line.

Kim holds an MA in Organizational Management and BA in Economics and History.
